At ella forums we deliver a unique experiential leadership programme. By adopting strong collaborative partnerships, we work with others who have a passion for developing inspirational, motivational and happy working environments in the charity and for-profit sector. More specifically, we bring CEOs and emerging leaders together in small workshop groups (typically 10 to 15 members) monthly, building trust and empathy across the group through regular meetings that foster a sharing and caring learning environment for members.
