Our Summer picnics are always a great success, and this year will no doubt be an ‘end of term’ celebration that’s just as special. You’ll be delighted to know that attendance at the picnic is yet again FREE TO MEMBERS!

What to bring…

As in previous years, we’ll be offering you a delicious, well priced picnic care of our member Julia Brightman, from Creme Brew Lait.  And this year we’re really spoiling ourselves, as there are a host of goodies to choose from – details below.

We’d like to say a huge thank you to Julia for once more offering to add a donation to our chosen charity – MK Community Foundation – for every item that she sells.  We really are very grateful Julia  💚💜

You are welcome to bring your own food if you prefer – and bubbles are absolutely allowed, not least because this event is FREE to members and just £5 to visitors and guests!

Do also bring rugs, chairs etc – and just to note, you’ll be glad to know that if we have a challenge with the weather then we have the community centre as a wet plan…

It’s an event that’s free to members, so if you have commitments then do feel free to join us for a short while if you can’t stay the whole time.

We won’t have an ‘agenda’ this month, as such – we’d rather have the opportunity to catch up and enjoy each other’s company!

We will of course still have our regular member Birthday Draw to look forward to for the lucky birthday winner.  And don’t worry if you’re an August baby – we’ll draw two birthday winners at our AGM on 27 September.

An absolute treat, perfect for you to graze on all afternoon!
