We are holding our 2018 Annual General Meeting at La Collina and we would like as many members and non-members to attend as possible. The format will be similar to previous years, combining the AGM with informal networking as well as confirming the Committee for the following year.

Millie Soames, former High Sheriff of Buckinghamshire, is to speak at the event about her charity work with Bucks association for the Care of Offenders BACO.

Pan Seared Haddock fillet – On crushed new potato and spinach with a sundried tomato, spring onion, caper olive oil dressing

Caserecci Pugliesi con Zucchini – Handmade pasta from Puglia with meat sauce, courgettes & a hint of chilli

Panzini Pasqualina – Sauté chicken, bacon, mushroom, spinach and taleggio cheese served with fries

Panzini Doppio – Double homemade beef burger with layers of mozzarella, caramelised onion, and cheddar

Panzini Mediterraneo (V) – Roasted zucchini, aubergine, red onion, cherry tomato & sweet peppers with red pesto & mozzarella

Tiramisu – Homemade traditional Italian dessert using Angelina’s secret recipe
